Awful conditions for the earlier part of this years race and it was good to see 12 diehards and 3 girls,
willing to take on the elements .. The rain gave way to GIANT hailstones, so bad that
most/all the runners had to shelter at one point
Congratulations to Andrew Clugston who was the strong man on the day though chased all the way
by Robin Scott and Stevie Hards. Richard Beall was leading with 300m to go ..
