Scottish Road Relay Champs .. Livingston, 1st April 2006

Hard luck to the Mens team who finished just out of the medals, in 4th place out of 57 starting teams. .. a disappointing statistic is that this was the 5th time in 9 years we have been 4th .. we were also 3rd in 1999.

Team was Nicky Moore, Tom Hearle, Ross Toole, Conor McNulty, Robert Quinn and Chris Devenney.

An outstanding run from Ross Toole on the third (short) stage, 15.39 which was the fastest of the day.

Very good run also from Tom Hearle on the 2nd (long) stage, 29.42 which was 4th fastest of the day.

Club B team ran well to finish 14th, that was David Boal, Calum Morrison, Fraser Williams, John McMillan, Craig McCaffer and Jorge Chacon-Clark.

We had an incomplete C team of Robert Allison, Jim McMillan, Andrew Clugston and Stevie Hards and well done to them.

A lot of youngsters in the above teams and also in the Ladies teams. It was good to see 2 complete Ladies teams who all showed.

a great team spirit.
Ladies first team was Claire MacAulay, Karen Yule, Cara Sloss and Nicola Fleming who did well to finish in 10th place.

Plenty of enthusiasm from the B team as well, Katherine Wilkie, Sal Ferguson, Wanda Phillips and Sandra Hawkins finishing 26th.
