Fixture List

Lochwinnoch Open Race - Saturday 11th June 2011, at 2pm

There will be three categories of race: Seniors (over 16), Juniors (over 13) and Under 13s (minimum age on the day of the race is 9years). All races will begin in Lochwinnoch Public Park and the presentations of medals will also take place in the Park. Changing facilities are available in the Annexe and registration will take place at Lochwinnoch Parish Church Stall at the Gala Day.

Please note the routes for the races this year are slightly different. While the Senior Race will still go around Glen Lora, the race is now a circular one and will come down the cycle track into the Park, covering a distance of approximately 8.9km. The Junior Race will be along the cycle track and back, a distance of approximately 5.8km. This year we are encouraging entries from boys and girls aged 9 – 12. The Race for 11 & 12 year olds will be twice around the Park and for 9 & 10 year old, once around the Park.

Drymen 10K and Junior 2.5K - Saturday 27th August 2011, at 11am

The 2.5K event is new this year, for 8-16 year olds, and starts at 11am. The 10K event starts at 1pm and is expected to follow the same route as in 2010.
